WAITLIST ORDERS 

Due to demand, chicks are WAITLIST and PREORDER only. No cancellations or refunds will be given after 24 hours of purchase. 

Wait times vary depending on current orders, laying habits etc. By purchasing, you agree to be placed on a waitlist and the policies of our waitlist even if you choose not to read them. All chicks are released at 7 days old.

If you have purchased chicks, you will receive an email when your chicks are ready for pickup. You must schedule a pickup day and time with us prior to picking up your chicks. Chick pickups are by appointment only. After you receive an email stating your chicks are ready for pickup, please email us to schedule your pickup appointment. 

HEALTH GUARANTEE 

Our chicks do not leave our care for several days after hatching for their health and safety. All chicks are placed in a brooder and eat and drink for several days before they go to their new homes so we can be sure they are healthy and strong enough for their trip to their new homes. Once chicks leave our care, we are not liable for any ill or deceased birds. No refunds or replacements will be given. We do not replace or refund birds out of our care.  Raising chickens can be a rewarding experience, but it requires proper care and attention. Our comprehensive care guide covers everything you need to know, from setting up a coop to feeding and watering your chickens. We also offer tips on keeping your chickens healthy and happy.
