Due to high demand, our chicks are available through WAITLIST and PREORDER only. Please note that no cancellations or refunds will be provided after 24 hours of purchase, in accordance with our chicken care policies.

Wait times may vary based on current orders and laying habits. By making a purchase, you agree to be placed on our waitlist and to adhere to the policies of our waitlist, regardless of whether you choose to read them. All chicks are released at 7 days old, ensuring optimal chick health guarantee.  

If you have purchased chicks, you will receive an email when they are ready for pickup. It is essential to schedule a pickup day and time with us before collecting your chicks, as chick pickups are by appointment only. After receiving your email notifying you that your chicks are ready, please reach out to us to arrange your pickup appointment.

HEALTH GUARANTEE

At our facility, we prioritize chick health guarantee by ensuring that our chicks remain under our care for several days post-hatching. This careful process allows them to eat and drink in a secure brooder environment, ensuring they are healthy and strong enough for their journey to their new homes. Once the chicks leave our care, our chicken care policies state that we are not liable for any ill or deceased birds, and we do not offer refunds or replacements. We do not replace or refund birds once they are out of our care. Raising chickens can be a rewarding experience, but it requires proper care and attention.
